• Dr. Toni Ogunbor holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and a MBA specializing in Marketing from Ahmadu Bello University. He has worked with Unilever Nigeria Limited as Sales Manager and Union Carbide Nigeria Limited as Regional and National Sales Manager. With the experiences acquired, he decided to start Nosak Agencies Limited in 1985. This, he nurtured to an indigenous and proudly Nigerian Industrial Conglomerate with admirable pedigree known today as Nosak Group of Companies.

    He is a Trustee of Ethanol Manufacturers and Blenders Association of Nigeria. Member of Committee of Chief Executives of the following trade groups: Association of Food, Beverage & Tobacco Employers, Nigeria Employers’ Consultative, Chemical & Non-Metallic Products Employers’ Federation. He is a member of Institute of Directors, Nigeria Institute of Management, and a fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Marketing. He presently sits on the board of various companies such as Four Point Sheraton Hotel Lagos, Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited, Managed Healthcare Service Ltd, General Telecom Ltd as Non-Executive Director and others. As an education enthusiast, he is one of the few distinguished Nigerians (including the Sultan of Sokoto) who were conferred with the honorary doctorate degree of science at the Igbinedion’s University convocation.

  • Mrs. Risi Ogunbor is a graduate of the University of Ife majoring in English. She taught at the Federal Government College, Kano and worked briefly as an Education Officer with the Federal Ministry of Education. Her leadership has seen the company attaining enviable status in the distributive trade. She sits on the board of various companies.

  • An alumni of Lagos Business School, Mr. Osaheni Ogunbor has a background of more than 9 years in information system management and software engineering. He began his career in the group as an accounts clerk in CCD and working as an I.T. personel attached to the I.C.T. department of the group. He has a working experience and educational background from both the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

  • Mr. Osagie Ogunbor brings experience from both traditional and digital advertising agencies as well as the e-commerce sector. He holds a BSc in Graphic Design and Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, BA in Web Design and Interactive Media from Art Institute of California, and a Master in Marketing and Advertising from University of Leeds Business School. He has also attended various Executive Management courses at Lagos Business School and SMEEP Consultancy Services.

  • Mrs. Iyobo Innih holds a MBA from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), and a Bachelors from the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC). She previously worked as an Investment Manager, Research Analyst and a Relationship Manager in the financial services sector before joining Nosak Group. She is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She has also attended various Management courses. She currently manages CCD Superstores.

  • Mr. Thomas Oloriegbe is a graduate of Accounting. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and a Master in Business Administration from University of Calabar. He is a Fellow of Certified Institute of Cost management of Nigeria and also an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. He is a well-polished and seasoned consultant and project manager; leaning on over 21 years work experience in Business Consulting, Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Management.

    He joined Grand Villas Limited in 2008 and was later promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of Grand Villas Limited in 2014. He was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Nosak Group in October, 2016 where he oversees all strategic business units. He is married with children.

  • Mr. Rahman is a strategist, financial analyst, research consultant and author. He holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is also an associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. His working career spans several sectors of the economy including the media, consulting, stock broking and banking. He was at different times Head, Capital Market, Business Times Newspaper (in the Daily Times Group), Head, Research, Financial Standard Newspaper; Head, Research & Strategy, F & C Securities Limited (now FCSL Asset Management) and Co-ordinator, Market Research & Intelligence in the Strategy Group, Fidelity Bank Plc. He is the author of a book, “Circus of the Absurd”, which has enjoyed critical reviews in the media. He has also attended several strategy courses both in Nigeria and overseas. He is happily married with children.

  • Mr. Omwirhiren is a seasoned Human Capital and Resources administrator and facilitator with 16 years' experience gained whilst working in various reputable organizations ranging from Aviation, Oil and Gas to Human Resource Consulting. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Member, Nigeria Institute of Management. He holds a degree in Dramatic Arts from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and currently studying for a Master degree in Industrial and Labour Relation at the University of Lagos. He was a Human Resources Analyst/Consultant with Vital Solutions Consult prior to joining Nosak Group. He has a passion for people management. He is married with children.

  • Mr. Etin-osa Enobhakare is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He obtained a BSc Accounting and Finance in 2003 from Delta State University, Abraka. Trained with Anjous, Uku & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2005, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007, worked with Abax-OOSA Professionals in 2008 before joining Nosak Distilleries.

    He was later transferred to another subsidiary within the Group – Nosak Farm Produce Limited as the Finance Manager. On 4th of October, 2016 he was appointed as Chief Finance Office of the Group. His experience covers Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Assurance and General Financial Services. He brings to NOSAK GROUP 12 years’ experience in Audit, Accountancy, Taxation and Business and Financial Advisory services.

  • Miss Judith Ijewere is a lawyer and Chartered Secretary with experience in Litigation, Commercial/Corporate practice, Taxation, Business Advisory & Regulatory and Company Secretarial Matters etc. A professional member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Law Society, UK, International Bar Association (IBA), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria (SCGN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

    She obtained her LLB with honours from Edo State University in 2000, was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2002 and as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2011,she later obtained her LLM from the University of Lagos in corporate and commercial law. She has several International Practice Diplomas awarded by the College of Law, London and the International Bar Association (IBA).

    She garnered her years of experience working in various reputable Litigation firms and organizations which includes Rose Chambers, Overland Airways, Voix Networks Limited, where she headed the Corporate/Commercial and Company Secretarial Departments at various times. She later joined Helios Towers Nigeria Limited before joining Nosak Group as the Group Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.

    She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She is an International Practice Fellow of the International Bar Association (IBA) and a Faculty member of the Indirect Tax Faculty of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) (2016/2017 Presidential Year).

  • Mr Ogirri has over 21 years experience in the FMCG sector. He has held executive management positions in the West Africa Region for Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Kraft and Mondelez International. He obtained a B.Sc and M.Sc in Food and Industrial Microbiology from the University of Benin in 1994 and later obtained a MBA in Operations Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2002. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained from the Project Management Institute, Philadephia in 2008 and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, where he attended a Middle Management Programme in 2002 and obtained an Executive MBA in 2010.

    He has attended several leadership and management trainings including the Institute for IFSS Lean Six Sigma and University of Wisconsin Business School in 2012. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology. He is married with children.

  • Osaro Monday Omogiade is an experienced Manager in Process Engineering. He holds B.Sc Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and Master in Process Engineering from the University of Lagos. He is an alumnus of Business School Netherlands, Nigeria (BSNN) as well as Lagos Business School; and has held various positions in major areas of manufacturing including production, research/development, project and management of operations. He is married with children.

  • Abdulganiyu Haruna is a well rounded Senior Supply Chain Management Professional with an academic background in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin. He has a deep understanding of resource optimisation and skilful in adding value to efficiency. An associate member of the Certified Institute of Cost Management (CICM), Institute of Strategic Management (ISM), a Certified Supply Chain Specialist (CSCS), and a Certified International Trade Logistics Specialist (CITLS).

    With some 20 years value adding experience across all divides along the supply chain traversing industry giants like Dangote Cement PlC and DHL Supply Chain among others, he is accustomed to upholding productivity at the highest level. He is happily married with children.

  • Mr Keshinro is a Chemist with over 15 years experience in the Lubricants industry. He has worked with three of Nigeria's biggest oil companies; Forte Oil PLC, Oando PLC and MRS Oil Nigeria PLC. His experience spans across Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Commercial & Technical Sales Management. He has also served in various committees including the SON Technical Committee on Petroleum Products Standard.

    Asides his BSc in Biochemistry from the Lagos State University and MSc in International Business from the University of London, he also holds a Diploma in Sales Management from the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) UK and the NEBOSH International General Certificate for Occupational Health and Safety.

    He is a Fellow of the ISMMM UK, Member of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria and the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria.

  • Mr. Alex Meseko holds a Master of Business Administration from Lagos state University, Lagos and a Bachelor in Pharmacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has worked with Neimeth International Ltd, Pharmadeko Plc and Grinvision Ltd. He is a professional member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria. He has handled such tasks ranging from sales, product development and management, marketing strategy and budget implementation, regulatory management and staff training.
