(Accounting), MBA, FMC, provides strategic leadership and oversight across all commercial functions, including importation, trade finance, and insurance. With extensive expertise in international trade and financial operations ensuring seamless execution of cross-border transactions and strong risk mitigation frameworks.
In her role, Adeyinka leads the structuring and negotiation of high-value trade deals, builds and sustains strategic relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and insurers. She also develops policies that drive growth, sustainability, and competitive advantage.
Her ability to combine strategic vision with financial acumen and operational excellence enables her to align the Group’s commercial strategies with its long-term objectives, positioning the organization for sustained success in an increasingly complex global marketplace.
Education and Professional Qualifications
Adeyinka holds a B.Sc. in Accounting, an MBA, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FMC). She has also attended specialized trade seminars, training and trade examinations organized by Citibank Ireland and Standard Bank Johannesburg further enhancing her expertise and commitment to excellence.
Career Background
Adeyinka began her career in the Trade department of the defunct Investment Banking and Trust Company (IBTC), which later became Stanbic IBTC Bank. Over five years, she rose to the position of Senior Banking Officer. In 2008, she became a Certified Trade Expert after successfully completing the Standard Bank Johannesburg Trade Tutor Examination.
She joined Nosak Group in 2010, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from various local and international courses on international trade. Her extensive experience has been instrumental in enhancing the Group’s commercial operations
