Adewumi Alphonso is the Group Head, Human Resource at Nosak Group. She is an award-winning HR Leader, business partner, and Certified Professional Coach with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning Oil & Gas, FMCG, Real Estate, and Research & Development. In her role, she oversees HR and Administration, aligning people and business strategy for a high-performing workforce across the Group.
Education and Professional Background

Adewumi holds a bachelor and master’s degrees in Geography both from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). She is s Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM) and a Certified Senior HR Professional (SPHRi) accredited by the HR Certification Institute USA.
Prior to joining Nosak Group, Adewumi served as Head of Corporate Services at Hyde Energy Limited, where she provided strategic leadership across Human Resources and Administration, Procurement, Information Technology, and Customer Experience. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and steering business transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career at UAC Foods, she successfully managed employee transformation and industrial relations programmes, contributing significantly to the organisation earning its first Great Place to Work recognition.
