ISAAC ADEMILUA is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Nosak Group, responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Group’s financial management, governance, risk oversight, and business performance. He works closely with the Board and Executive Management to advance the Group’s growth agenda, strengthen financial discipline, and support long-term value creation across its diversified business portfolio.

Professional Background
He has over two decades of progressive experience across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, banking, and telecommunications sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led financial transformation initiatives, optimized working capital, strengthened corporate governance frameworks, and delivered sustainable improvements in profitability and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Nosak Group, Isaac served as Group Chief Finance Officer at Dele Group of Companies, where he spearheaded a major financial turnaround, improved EBITDA performance, enhanced business controls, and supported significant revenue growth through strategic expansion and operational excellence initiatives. He has also held senior finance leadership positions with renowned organizations including Sanofi Aventis, Beiersdorf AG, Procter & Gamble, Intercontinental Bank Plc, and Reliance Telecommunications.

Education and Certification
Isaac holds an MBA in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB), and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS).
