CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE ADOPTS HYBRID WORKPLACE MODEL IN THE INTERIM

In a recent development, the executive management has resolved that all employees at the Corporate Head Office will adopt the hybrid workplace model from Monday, March 14, 2022, in the interim.

In an email to the head office mail channel on behalf of the management by the Ag Group Head, Human Resources, Mr Abidemi Ajai, part of the decision is due to the rising cost of diesel and other ancillary issues affecting employees. It has become imperative for management to take steps to ease the difficulties caused by these issues.

To this end, the new work model has been scheduled to cut down costs and reduce risk while maintaining and keeping up the productivity level among the concerned employees.

“Accordingly, effective from Monday, March 14, 2022, head office staff members are to work from home on Mondays and Thursdays and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Fridays with resumption at 9:00 AM and closing at 4:00 PM.”

All heads of business and departments in the head office are to prepare a proper work schedule to ensure their team members are thoroughly engaged to drive performance in fulfilling their KPIs.

Note, this hybrid workplace model is only for employees at the head office while all other SBUs are expected to continue with their normal in-office work schedules as the nature of business demands.
