NDL Holds Sales and Marketing Roundtable Strategy Session
As part of the tactical activities to improving sales for a wider market share in the ethanol sector of the Nigerian Economy and neighboring West African Countries, the management of Nosak Distilleries Limited (NDL) organized a 2-Day Strategy Summit to review sales indices in the market.
In his remarks, the Group Managing Director, Mr. Thomas Oloriegbe lauded the management of NDL for bringing together all members of the sales team across the country to discuss and harness new opportunities to grow sales and also increase the market share for the Group. “As salespeople, our key performance indices rest on the 3 ‘Ds’ – Discipline, Determination, and Diligence”. He, therefore, called on all members of the team to take ownership of the products and generate improved sales for the organisation.
The 2-Day Summit had quest facilitators who presented on ‘New Trends in Manufacturing Workplaces’ and ‘The 21st Century Salesman’.
Highpoint of the summit was the presentations from the Regional Sales Managers. In their presentations, they featured background information of the regions (locations covered and market size); key market dynamics (top buyers, decision drivers, and product usage); composition dynamics (market share and competitive advantage); strategy plans (target volume/value, strategies to achieve target and critical success factors) and challenges and proposed solutions.
The summit was held at the Corporate Head Office of the Group. In attendance were the Group Executive Director, Cassava & Derivative Sector, Osagie Ogunbor; Managing Director, Nosak Distilleries Limited, Osaro Omogiade; Group Head of Strategy, Deji Rahman; Group Chief Finance Officer, Etinosa Enobakhare, Group Head of Human Resources, Idoni Amahian; Strategy Officer, Isume Omokhudu, Departmental Heads of NDL, Country Sales Manager in Ghana, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives across the country.
