NDL Wins Chairman’s Award Of Excellence For The Second Time

The management of Nosak Distilleries Limited  (NDL) has again won the Group Executive Chairman’s Award of Excellence. This was presented to the team at the recently concluded 2020 Executive Management Retreat of the Group in Lagos.

Presenting the award on behalf of the Executive Chairman, Dr. Toni Ogunbor, the Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Thomas Oloriegebe congratulated the management and staff of NDL for their resilience and dedication to strive against all odds in the sector.

“It is needless to say that the business environment is getting more VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) by the day but with the right team and drivers in place, business operations will remain successful and meet up with their proposed target for year-end. This is the scenario that has played out with the management and the entire team of NDL”, he said.

Receiving the award, the Managing Director of NDL, Mr. Osaro Omogiade accompanied by the team, was full of ecstasy and appreciated the Group management for recognising the team.

“This award is a reminder that there is a reward for hard work. I am particularly excited that we are winning this award of excellence for the second consecutive time. This means a lot to us at Nosak Distilleries and in our culture of dedication, this award will inspire the team to do more and it is certain that we can only improve on our deliverable and win more awards in the coming years”, Omogiade said.

The Executive Chairman’s Award of Excellence was first introduced into the Group at the 2019 Executive Management Retreat, where NDL and Enterprise Asset Leasing Limited (EAL) both won the award of recognition for meeting the annual targets. The award is to reward excellence and inspire hard work and teamwork for effective performance among the Strategic Business Units (SUBs) of Nosak Group.
