Mrs. Innih delivering her keynote lecture on the sub-theme, ‘Choose to Challenge, Be the Change’ noted that the theme for this year’s celebration – Choose to Challenge was a call to action for everyone irrespective of their gender to challenge inequality, speak up against bias, question stereotypes and help forge an inclusive world.

She asserted that promoting change in Nigerian society and the world at large starts by imbibing a positive mindset. She called on the participants to invest in themselves by learning new skills through personal and professional development. “Beyond gender, competency is an added advantage to shine on the job and make the change that is desired”.
