Nosak Learning Centre Organizes Virtual Training, Issues Certificates To Participants
Employees of Nosak Group have continued to reap the gains of the newly accredited Nosak Learning Centre through a virtual training on ‘Work Ethics and Good Attitude in the Workplace’. The training held among selected participants who connected virtually across the subsidiaries of the Group.
In his opening remarks, the Group head of Human Resources and Head of the Learning Centre, Mr. Idoni Amahian expressed delight in the virtual session and welcomed all participants formally to the training. “It is my pleasure to welcome all participants into this training on Work Ethics and Good Attitude in the Workplace. This is coming in our quest to ensure employees are always well informed on workplace ethics and maintain professionalism in the discharge of their duties.”
In his lecture, Amahian emphasized the importance of corporate culture and its key role in the proper integration of employees in a work environment. He called on participants to regularly measure their performance standards across areas including honesty, character, loyalty, punctuality, teamwork, communication, and appearance amongst other things to ensure they align with the organization’s goals.
Other lectures were delivered by the Group Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Etinosa Enobakhare on the topic, ‘Effective Time Management’ while the Group Company Secretary/Legal Advisor, Mrs. Judith Aikhoje delivered a lecture on ‘Personal Effectiveness at Work’.
Participants were issued e-Certificates to their mails at the end of the training. In attendance were employees from various Strategic Business Units (SBU) of the Group including Nosak Haulage Limited, Grand Villas Limited, Zex Standard Pharmaceuticals Limited, Saturn Farms Limited, Nosak Distilleries Limited, Nosak Farm Produce Limited, and Enterprise Asset Leasing Limited.
